Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 277bet1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 and to delay processing pending the outcome of such checks.
In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider without prior authorisation from 277bet1, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse any winnings generated from those funds, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 277bet1 offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, reload offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:
- One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim a given bonus offer once only. Account Suspension & Closure
277bet1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious transaction patterns, or behaviour indicative of money laundering or bonus abuse
- Request from the player via the voluntary self-exclusion tool or a cooling-off period request made through 277bet1's responsible gaming features
- Legal obligation — where 277bet1 is required to close an account pursuant to a court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant; 277bet1 will attempt to contact the account holder before initiating dormancy procedures
Upon permanent account closure for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus balances, free spin winnings, and any funds derived from promotional activity that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
If your account has been closed due to a breach of these Terms and you believe this was done in error, you may contact 277bet1's support team by email at support@277bet1 to submit a formal appeal. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. The decision of 277bet1 following an appeal review is final.
